hello sir,my name is vikas and my age is 22.I have a problem of anal fissures since last 5 years and i had anal bleeding and a little mass also apper at anal.but sice last 2-1/2 years i didn't hv anal bleeding but some times itching or a bit of pain(only a few time) but no bleeding.but now i am also facing a problem of gastric(acidity and gas) last 1 year.so i have been having a treatment for this but durig this treatment i didn't get well even after having madicines for last 5 months.but now i get started my treatment in PGI and doctors says u have the problem of anal fissure and they give me medicines for gastric problem(gas)but during this i have a relief from gas an acidity but again i have constipition and anal pain since 5 days and to avoid constipition i m also having max fibre rich fruit and salat bcz if constipition continues i again have anal bleeding and more pain.
so i request u to give me complete information regarding it as because i have read
patients with poblems like anal fissures are more risk in devoloping anal cancer..
please also tell what tests or checkups i require in detail and from where can i get these checkups done.
