Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This warrants anal narrowing in form of possible stenosis by the recurrence of the tumor most likely.

First get the per rectal and proctoscope examination from your doctor and then he or she will post you for colonoscopy according to the clinical severity of the condition at priority basis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
