Suggest Treatment For Anal Fistula

I think I have an anal fistula which was developed after surgery pilonidal sinus at Jamshedpur done by Dr albinus Lakra. I am a student staying away from my home city and my vacations is also over please suggest me what should I do I can t go for an another surgery because it will take some time to heal and I can t miss my classes can you suggest me some medicines.

liquid 10 minutes each 3 times a day )
