As per your history is concerned please follow:- 1)Take rest and finish antibiotics C tax 2)Drink plenty of water 3)Gargle throat with salt water 3 times a day 4)Use a humidifier at bedroom 5)Try to avoid smoke 6)Take paracetamol only for fever 7)For tiredness and thirsty check his Fasting blood sugar & TSH level 8)Take vitamin B-12 injection twice weekly upto one month.
