Hi..I am suffering from acute pain due to fissure ,without any bleeding.With the discharge of stool pain increases to extreme level. pain continues throughout the day with lesser intensity.bleeding also use to be there till a month ago,presently i am bed ridden because of pain please help me with your valuable advise
Some advice that I can give to you is: - Using over-the-counter stool softeners - Drinking more fluids - Taking fiber supplements and eating more fibrous foods, such as raw fruits and vegetables - Taking warm baths called sitz baths to relax the anal muscles, relieve irritation, and increase blood flow to the anorectal area.
