Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

As you said you suffer from acne vulgaris. You took may by treatments from your doctor. But, you got poor response. Your acne is adult onset acne. That is some time resistant to treatment. So, please take treatment for long time and with patience. You remember that acne is multifactorial skin disease. It may be precipitated or exacerbated by many factors..like stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, oily food, dandruff, hormonal disturbances, drugs like steroid..etc

I would like to advise you to consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and perfect treatment.

He might suggest antibiotic like minocycline or azithromycine and isotretinoin in proper doses. And might advise to apply clindamycine or adapalene gel. You may cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash.

I hope this would be helpful in managing your skin disease.

Thanks.
