Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

There are various medications available for acne vulgaris including doxycycline/minocycline/oral retinoids preferred for moderate to severe acne.
For mild to moderate acne, topicals like benzoyl peroxide 2.5%, clindamycin, azelaic acid, topical retinoids are given.

Besides this combination of chemical peels and oral and topical medications is another mode of therapy.
Also avoid hair oil and oily food in diet.
You may discuss my opinion with your doctor.
Stay healthy.
