Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux And Fever

Daughter has been complaining with stomach pains in the morning for past week. Also a headache sometimes. Took her to doctor, he said it was acid reflux. Today she has stomach pains after giving her medicine for acid reflux and has headache and 101 fever.

Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question. I can understand your concern for your daughter.
According to the signs and symptoms, i guess she is having gastroesophageal acid reflux problem. You can confirm the diagnosis by consulting a gastroenterologist by going for endoscopic examination.
I would also suggest your daughter to undergo ultrasound of abdomen to rule out any abdominal pathology. Also go for blood CBC, creatinine and liver function tests.
Meanwhile, I would advise your daughter to take pantoprazole with domperidone tablet twice a day before breakfast and dinner for few day and let me know if any improvement is there.
You can come back to me after undergoing all the investigations, so i can guide you in proper direction.
