Hi Dr.Praveen Kumar,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your post and understand your concern.
Getting frequent abscess could be due to following reasons:
1. Resistance of organisms to the antibiotics used.
2. High glucose levels due to diabetes mellitus, which is more prone for repeated infections.
Kindly test your blood for 12 Hours Overnight Fasting Plasma Glucose and 2 Hours Post-Prandial Plasma Glucose after breakfast. Along with it kindly get your Glycated Hemoglobin levels (HbA1C).
It would be also better to get a culture and sensitivity done from the abscess site to know the nature of the organism and antibiotics it is sensitive to, so that the treatment with antibiotics would be effective.
In case you are found to be diabetic, it would be advisable to get yourself treated by consulting Diabetologist of Physician.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
