Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain
Hi i hope you can help, i have had severe abdominal pain for the last week it is so bad during the days and even worse at night it is waking me up out of my sleep, when i need to poop i feel like i cant hold it at all it hurts my stomach to much to the point where i start to cry, i also feel the urge to poop from these pains even when i dont have to go i get fevers and break out in sweats when i need to poop as well and the pains in my lower belly get so bad to the point where i cry sometimes im on the toilet from 10 minutes to and hour it usually starts off with constipation and then diareah everytime i eat i need to poop lately about.a half hour afterwards i have pooped out these orange flat worms with pointy ends two days in a row please tell me you know what it is

* As per my clinical experience, the sharp pains with alternate diarrhea and constipation do indicate severe intestine spasm from the passage of worms.
* The usual causes would be round worm harboring small bowel and passing per rectum.
Primary relifef with anti spasmodic medication and later definite therapy with albendazole, mebendazole or pyrental palmoate is recommended till worms clearance.
Drink more liquids to avoid dehydration and help smooth passage of stool.
