General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to gastritis.

For that you can continue tablet zintac.

Along with that you can take syrup mucaine gel after consultation.

Avoid hot and spicy foods. Take soft food.

In case of not getting relief you may require upper GI endoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation.

Keep your self hydrated. Take balanced diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
