Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps

I have been up for about two hours with stomach cramps. I was finally able to go after a while of pushing. There is blood in my stool and is quite red. I went a little while ago and it is still red. My cramps aren t as bad but are still pretty bad. Should I go to emergency or is it okay to wait til morning?
