Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Constipation
My 22 year old son has had abdominal cramps and constipation. Now he has noticed the area between his anus and testicles feels soft in of the taut band that is normal for him. He is having some pain, which is worse when sitting. He is also having difficulty initiating urination and his stream is not as strong as usual.

I really appreciate, your concern, such pain which described here may be nonspecific and not due to abdominal problem, for the constipation he need to drink more water and must have fibber containing diet, should have regular habit of defecation, no matter if he does not wants to be in, still he has to go in and need to sit there for while no matter if no stool pass, no need to exert the force, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
