Bloating can be due to different possible causes and foods. If you are using a
gluten free diet then you would have eliminated many foods that could be linked to bloating.
There are a few gluten free foods that can cause a problem such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, beans,. These are well known to cause bloating.
Other causes would be : (1) reflux
(2) constipation
(3) intolerance to particular foods (a food diary would help here)
(4) lactose intolerance
After eliminating any associated foods, you may need to consider treatment for reflux to see if this helps since reflux is a common cause.
There are different medications that can be used for reflux such a
prilosec,
prevacid,
nexium, protonix
Life style changes would also be needed such as reducing spicy, fatty, acidic foods.
