Hello! I got a small rash, about the size of your pinky nail, above my upper lip a couple days ago and its not going away. It started small and has just gotten bigger. It is not sore, tingly, or itchy but it has been getting flakey with dead skin and it feels tight. I ve been trying to treat it with polysporin and it doesn t seem to help. there is no lump or anything just a very embarrassing rash that everyone asks about. Thanks!
