Suggest Treatment For A Skin Rash On The Legs

I developed a strange rash on my leg before Christmas that looked like ring worm it is now just a flat circle with lots of smaller red circles around it. I have also gained a lot of weight recently plus now over the last few weeks I am urinating a lot, my urine is a funny colour very bright with floating bits in it. I have also noticed that I am hungry all the time but get full and very bloated quickly but still gain weight. Could you ahead any light finally seeing my gp on Monday but I ve wAited weeks for this appointment.
