Hello. So I go to bed my first time wearing clothes from being sleepy next to my 3 year old nephew. And I wake up and I see a little rash that iches and I show everyone and they say it s a rash. A couple days later... I look at my.side of my stomach and there is this burned like scar that is where the rash used to be.. it looks like it s stretching my skin and feels like it when I touch it also there is little scabs. It is looking purple/black. Actually it looks close to a big birth mark. I m just concern and don t know what this is.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of rash on the stomach. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like contact dermatitis, allergic reaction, improper hygiene, erythema nodosum or heat rash . Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses to rashes. You should apply petroleum jelly and protect them from sun exposure and take antihistamine like benadryl twice a day. Avoid touching or pricking rash. If condition does not get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with corticosteroid ointment and antibiotics .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
