Suggest Treatment For A Problem In The Uterus

I am 48 yrs old... have had an ablation and periods have gotten worse. Just had an U/S and the findings are: Uterus is anteverted and measures 14.9 x 6.0 x 8.6 cm. The endometrium measures 9.8 mm. Two intramural pypoechoic areas are present one within the posterior fundus measureing 2.5 cm the other in the anterior fundus measuring 1.5 cm. Am being told that I have a sub-septate uterus and possible adenomyosis.
