My name is Michelle I had a c- section a year ago and now I have a big bump kinda like a pimple. You can tell it has puss in it and it s a little red around it. I don t have any Medicare or money to pay to go to the doctor please help me figure out away to get rid of it Thank you
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimple with puss after c-section. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons hematoma , local infection or folliculitis . I would suggest you to apply warm compresses to it to increase the blood supply which in turn heal the pimple , take ibuprofen as anti inflammatory and apply over the counter antibiotics cream twice a day . If condition doesn't get well then consult your surgeon and discuss the condition with hism/her . Doctor may drain the pus surgically under local anesthesia , prescribe antibiotics like clarithromycin along with vitamin supplement for quick healing .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
