Suggest Treatment For A Painful Sore On The Tip Of The Tongue
I had a very painful sore on the tip of my tongue . The sore itself helped. To I have very small spots on the the tip of my tongue with a itchy burning ongoing sensation which is somewhat painful and uncomfortable , this has been going on for a month now

The symptoms seem to be related to aphtous ulcers. I recommend to use an antiseptic mouth wash containing Chlorhexidine. I also suggest to avoid acidic foods which can trigger the symptoms.
