Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Knee
I have a growth on the front of my left calf a few inches below the knee. It is tall, very hard and has a sharp, pointy tip. It is very painful as it catches on anything that comes close to it. I tried using aloe vera leaf which drained all the pigment out of it and turned it soft and crumbly. Once I had it down almost flat, I had to stop using the aloe due to irritation to the surrounding area. After I stopped using the aloe it grew back just as bad as it was before.

Abscess is a localized infection and needs medical treatment and you should stop treating yourself and get it checked with your doctor
depending upon the severity your dr may prescribe antibiotics for few days along with anti inflammatory medicines like ibuprofen
application of moist heat will help in draining abscess but don't try to squeeze or press it hard as this may spread the infection into deeper tissue
if your condition does not resolve completely your dr may opt for incision and drainage for this
finally i would strongly suggest you to see Your dr to get it evaluated as soon as possible
