Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump In The Crease Of Leg

Hi I'm 20. Female, 5"4', about 143 weight. A couple minutes ago I noticed I felt pretty sore very suddenly in between my hip where is creeses at the pelvic area. I pressed down and in a circular motion; I felt a rather large and hard lump. It felt sore like a bruise when I put pressure on it. Never felt this before. It's on both sides but worse on my left side. What should I do?? Please let me know what this could be and how I should take care of this thank u
