Hello,

I can understand your concern for mole on the arm. You have not told us your age, sex and related medical history so that I should have helped you better.

Generally most of the moles are benign and are of quite normal in nature.

There are certain specific feature which should be known to you :

1. If you feel any itching or burning or pain in any mole.

2. Any kind irregular borders in your mole.

3. Any variegated (different) colors you observed in your mole.

4. A size more than pencil eraser or 6mm size.

In your case there are no such features so can relax for all the issues regarding mole. If at all you feel that the area is increasing or there is more of aggravation of the problem then you can meet a family physician immediately.

All the best.
