Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Buttock Hole

Hi! I have a pea-sized lump on the buttock hole. Is that caused by sitting too long in the toilet? What is it and will it just disappear on its own. I only notice the discomfort when i'm sitting down. I am on my period right now and sometimes it would take me a while to finish than when i'm not on my period.

Hello
Based on your query
1. The swelling/ lump you seem to be noticing is probably hemorrhoids. They are engorged veins which become prominent on sitting or straining.
2. Yes one of the reasons for hemorrhoids is constipation. Sitting for long time/ straining at stools are possible causes
3. Another reason is having less fibre content in your diet.
4. Get it examined to confirm/ rule out hemorrhoids
