OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It could be due to some rectal problem. Bleeding during stool passage ‐ take fiber rich diet, drink plenty of water. Having a swelling even after passing stools could be due to vaginal or rectal problem. It has to be examined so have gynecologist and surgeon opinion before proceeding further.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
