Suggest Treatment For A Large Bump On The Stomach During 7 Months Of Pregnancy

I am 7 months pregnant and A week ago I noticed in the crease with my stomach meets my groin area I had a huge bump in my stretch mark I thought it was a pimple and tried to pop it but it became twice as big and now a week later it is 3x bigger red, sore today the tough, alittle warm as well. What is it? Do I need to go to the doctor?
