Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hello sir actually my dad met with accident a month back and his knee were broke after that we went to a neurologist he did well from his side, but the problem is that still my dad s wound is not healing and its been a one month please that me that what would be the reason, I am so stressed
As the wound is not healing please check the blood sugar levels. If the blood sugar levels are high then wound healing is delayed. This is one of the factors.
The other factor can be an infection. So if he is having any infection than it must be a factor too. Have a blood routine and urine routine to check this out.
Based on the reports and clinical examination the required medicine for wound healing will be considered.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
