General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a genital wart or abscess. Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. A colposcopic examination is required to visualise the vagina. If there is abscess it has to be drained.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
