Suggest Treatment For A Brown Spot On The Toe

Hi Very concerned as I noticed a brown spot on my toe around 7 weeks ago, I had nail varnish on until recently and the spot has grown a lot in just those weeks. I am concerned as to what it is and if it could be melonoma pls help me I am very anxious

It is understandable to be concerned about any new lesion on any area of the body.

Melanoma does not usually develop in such as short period of time though can rarely occur, this means that it is not likely the cause of your symptoms.
With any skin lesion, the only way for diagnosis is inspection of the area involved.

Your GP would be able to assess the area for you and determine if you need referral to a dermatologist (skin doctor)
