Suggest Treatment For UTI

hi im a 30y/o female who is almost 21 weeks pregnant with my 4th child. i ve had a severe UTI for almost 4 weeks and its driving me crazy!! My own doctor has prescribed me two different anti-biotics to help (amoxycillin & cefalexin) and ive been drinking only cranberry juice and water but it wont shift and im in real pain. could this be something else?

Hello,

You are having urinary tract infection according to mentioned history.

However, the symptoms might not be resolved due to antibiotic might be resistant to the causative organism.

So you need to investigate with urine culture report and choose antibiotic according to that.

Keep on drinking more water and fruit juice.
