Suggest Treatment For PCOS

Hello Doctor I am a pcos patient (suffering with no periods from 10 years) where my symptoms gradually developed over years. I do not have periods at all and all my doctors initially suggested me to lose weight to get periods. I was too young then and could not understand what pcos was. But still i tried maintaining my weight without gaining but could not reduce. They have not given me any medications like metformin or anything. 4 years back i consulted an ayurvedic physician for pcos problem and he gave me some ayurvedic powders for my problem which he never used to tell the name. I then started exercising and tried to maintain weight without gaining. I somehow felt it did not show much effect on my problem so shifted to another ayurvedic doctor. I am currently using his medicines and he asked me to eat only 50% of the food quantity that i can actually eat and lose weight. He gave me cystonil capsules and aloes compound for 6 months and now i am taking BGR 34 tablets thrice a day before meals and aloes compound after meals. I am trying to make time and exercise when ever possible. I lost around 7 kgs in the past 1 year. I am currently 24 yrs and weigh 76 kgs and unmarried. I have not been diagnosed for thyroid or high blood sugar levels in course of my tests. But recent blood tests show that my triglycerides are border line high. I wrote my entire case here as i wanted to know how i am progressing to get rid of my problem. Am i in the right path for my problem and how much more weight should i lose to make my periods regular. Hoping for a positive response. Thank you.
