Hello
Thanks for writing to us

You need immediate ultrasound of fetus for fetal well being.
Ultrasound can easily assess over all condition like fetal heart beat and its rate.
You should take proper bed rest.
Not perceiving fetal movement is common during pregnancy especially during first pregnancy.Problem is added due to less liquor.Due to less fluid, fetus finds difficulty in movement.
However it is important to know AFI(Amniotic fluid index).

Proper treatment depend upon USG findings and clinical assessment.

Get well soon.
Take Care
