Hi,
Based on the history you have shared, for stomach symptoms temporarily antacids like Omeprazole can be started with motility agents like
Domperidone or Itopride. However, cause workup should be initiated alongside.
A gastroenterologist review may be needed and if needed endoscopy may also be helpful. However,
fever with rash and swollen glands needs to work up for
glandular fever or other infective or autoimmune conditions.
Baseline blood tests like blood counts, renal or liver functions etc., can be of help. ESR and other markers of inflammation, as well as baseline autoimmune work up, can also help.
Lymph node excision biopsy can be asked if fine
needle aspiration biopsy doesn't resolve any results. It's good that reports were clear of lymphoma so an infectious disease specialist can be consulted. Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like
Acetaminophen can be used for symptomatic relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
