Suggest Treatment For ACL Ligament Tear
I am a 52 year old female. I fell on my right knee and at first they told me that I had pulled some muscles and then 4 weeks later they told me that I tore the xcl ligament in my right knee and gave me Mobic for the pain. The medications do not help the pain. Do you think that I have caused more damage to my knee because of being miss diagnosed.

I really appreciate your concern, knee joint is very fragile unit and easily get damaged and this condition it need be investigated and best option would be MRI without this nothing can be said for sure but this test is most advisable, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
