Suggest Treatment Foe A Painful Red Spot Noticed On The Penis .

Hello, I am 29 years old virgin. I have a small area of white peeled skin at the head of my penis. It burns slightly when applying some pressure on it and the area has some red small dots that become more visible when there is an erection. I have this problem going on for over a while but i have neglected it since I am still a virgin and it does not actually hurt but I am afraid something more serious might happen. Initially I thought the problem could be solved by not masturbating for a while since I believed the skin peeled due to dry friction but it does not seem so. How can I restore the small spot on the head to a healthy condition? Please, if there is a use of some medication, I hope you would write the ingredients as I live currently in Turkey and the same brand of medication might not be available. Thank you.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of the glans penis due to rough handling of your genital while masturbating.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

It will get cured within a week.

Avoid sexual sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
