Suggest Treatment Burbs Coming Loudly

I am suffering from large number of burbes coming loudly. Feel weekness and Fatigue. Feeling sleepy.

I have been using Pariet for the last 40 days once in the morning before breakfast. I was OK and feeling better . Now I stopped using Pariet and started feeling same weekness, sleepy and burbes coming out. Please advise. Thanks.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms here could be due to hyperacidity, that could be due to dyspepsia, infection, I would advise to try PPI (Proton pump inhibitor ) like Omeprazole and it should be taken with right dose of 40 mg once in day with Domperidone 20 mg once in day and it has to be taken at evening time for three weeks, if this is he infection found then antibiotic can be tried like Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for five days, hope this information helps.
