Suggest Tightness In The Stomach With Nausea And Lightheadness
I woke up with a tightness in my stomach/epigastric area that hurts more when I stand. It was so painful I became nauseous and light headed. I have been sitting and drinking a carbonated beverage to alleviate some of the tightness and it has been helping.

dear you may be suffering from acute gastritis. carbonated drinks may cause more distension . use tab.nexium before breakfast,tab.simethicon twice a day for five days. avoid spicy food and alcohol.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
