Suggest Therapy For Stress

Last Friday Night, I had a couple glasses of wine and fell asleep on the couch waiting for my daughter to come home. She woke me up, I became startled and walked to the living room. I believe I tripped on the divider from the living room to the kitchen floors. I fell and became unconscious for about 4 minutes. My daughter said she heard me scream before I fell. I am 58, female. The paramedics arrived; took my blood pressure and blood sugar. Both were within the normal range. I did not go to the hospital and have been feeling fine. However, my life has been full of stress. What do you think?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello

Welcome to HCM!!!

It seems that you were intoxicated and fell down. I hope you don't have a seizure disorder or you are not taking any other sedative. For stress you can go in for relaxation exercises like JPMR or simply deep breathing. If this does not relieve anxiety you can visit a psychiatrist for medical help.

I hope this will help

God Bless!!!
