Suggest Therapy For Anxiety And Panic Attacks

Ok so i feel insane as hell...i suffer from anxiety/panic attacks and i can never tell if im actaully ill or if im just a hypochondriac i have never been diagnosed or anything but im pretty sure i am ...i mean for instance my pee has been a little off colored for awhile and im convinced there is blood in it cause of the darkness and cloudyness but am just not willing to go to the doctor to "check" i have kindey/bladder infection antibiotics but idk if i should take them if i may not have the infection actaully...would it hurt anything?

I can understand your problem. From the history you have mentioned it appears that you have health anxiety. The symptoms like thinking that urine contained blood even if it is a little off coloured or thinking about getting investigated is probably due to health anxiety only. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for reassurance and to come out of anxiety.

For health anxiety and panic attacks medicines like SSRIs as Sertraline, Fluoxetine, Paroxetine etc can help. These medicines will reduce anxiety and will also reduce unwanted thoughts. Apart from this relaxation exercises and behaviour therapy will also help you. Visit a psychiatrist for proper prescription.
