Suggest The Dosage Of Clavam For A Child

What is the dose of clavum to be administered to a 4 year old and weighing 14 kgs, Symptoms are chest congestion, cough, fever and running nose. I am UK and have been giving Wikoryl syrup from last 3 days which I brought from India but cannot see any difference. Now thinking to give clavum bid dry syrup.

Clavam is a brand name of amoxicillin/clavulanate combination. Dose of this drug depend on weight of the kid. It is 15 Mg per kg. If your kid weigh around 20 kg, then you can give half tablet.
