Hello
It seems from the history that you are having cataract and want to eye undergo cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation.
Regarding the type of intraocular lens tiric lenses are required for astigmatism and spherical lenses for correction of hypermetropia caused by removal of cataract.
I wont prefer Multifocal lenses because of problems like glare, reduced contrast sensitivity.
Hence I advice you to go for adpgerical lenses and if you have per existing astigmatism go for toric lenses.

Thank you
