Hi, I girlfriend and my girlfriend had unprotected sex on 14th Oct by 11:00pm and took postinor 2 on 15th Oct by 1:00pm. We had unprotected sex again on the 15th Oct by 9:00pm. My girlfriend complained of breast pains and tenderness on the 17th of Oct and had a home Pregnancy test on 19th Oct which showed positive. Is she really pregnant

Hello,

I understand your concern..

It is important for me to know when your girlfriend had her first day of menses so that I can calculate about her ovulation timing.

But irrespective of whatever calculations, if pregnancy test is positive then that means she is pregnant. Though you can go for
blood test
serum beta HCG levels.

though generally it's not needed, urine test is also very reliable.

Postinor 2 is not hundred percent protection.

I hope this helps.
Feel free to ask again if any further queries.
