Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. From the description it seems that you are feeling anxious about the episode that happened a week back. you were under the influence of weed and you were not used to it. Therefore black out meant a lot for you. That black out episode did gave you stress for two or three days and you felt it when you were at your college.

You started obsessing the symptoms and naturally you got anxious and your heart started beating faster and faster whenever you obsessed it. Good that you consulted a doctor. all your test results should come normal. Then, heave a sign of relief and forget those episodes and go to college as was earlier. A sentence of caution. Just do not use weed again.
