Hi dr..my face and forearms are much darker in complexion when compared with my body.. Before 6 months I was continuously using thairose face cream and I could see very good improvement in my skin colour.. After 3 months I stopped using that cream as I couldnt get it.. Now I became darker again as previous time.. So give me a good solution to improve my face and forearms colour and want to know whether there is any sideeffects with thairose cream as its giving very faster results while using and again its going back if we stop using..pls help me sir..
