Suggest Safe Treatments For Wrinkle

what is the most effective wrinkle treatment known, based on medical research? Do dietary antioxidants weigh in? I m currently using tretinoin cream and 400mg daily of oral Coq10. Should I start a vitamin c supplement or topical? Any new evidence for human growth factor? daily aspirin?
