Suggest Risk Of Cancer With A Bicornuate Uterus

Is there a higher risk of cancer with having a bicornuate uterus? I do have 3 healthy kids with no problems with any of the 3 pregnancies. I am currently seeing my doctor for excessive bloating and pelvic pain, bladder issues and unintentional, excessive weight loss--18lb in 2 months Just curious if anything could be connected?

Hello,

The bicornuate uterus does not put you into a higher risk of cancer.

You can go for an annual ultrasound follow up for reassurance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
