Suggest Remedy To Stop Hot Flashes At Night
Often after rising in the middle of the night when I return to bed I have hot flash experiences which after 5 minutes or so disipate. Usually happens at night but sometimes during the day. Temp in home is 75 degrees and I sleep nearly nude on tio of the covers. It is somewhat irritating.

You've not said what gender you are or how old but several things could be going on. You may have hormonal imbalances involving the thyroid axis, hormonal problems involving the adrenal axis, or hormonal problems involving the sex hormones (estrogen or testosterone).
Your physician will need to order blood work to see if any of these could be at the root of the problem after performing a thorough physical exam.
