Suggest Remedy To Increase Heamoglobin Count
Hi, I am 26 weeks pregnant and my heamoglobin count is 9.7.
Doctor has asked me to take 4 dosages of LIvogen injection, but I am reluctant to take the injection.
Can you please guide me if it is possible to increase the heamoglobin count with medicines and diet?

Hi,
You can take iron tablet twice a day. Take plenty of green leaves and dates. If you have the habit of taking non veg then you can have spleen soup which will enhance your hemoglobin level.
