Hi,

Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial skin disease. Stress, anxiety, hormonal disturbances, sun exposure, oily food, dandruff, exercise, drugs like steroids..etc may precipitate or exacerbate the acne lesions. Genetic influence may be responsible.

Antibiotic like azithromycine or minocycline in proper doses along with isotretinoin in low dose for long time may be considered. Application of clindamycine gel might improve the disease. Cetaphil like facewash may be used to cleanse the face.

And never use betamethasone cream..as it is steroid, it may worsen the condition.

Kindly consult the dermatologist...and have perfect treatment.

Thanks.
