OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) is a type of anxiety disorder. This is a disorder which is having waxing and waning course. This means the disease shows remissions and relapses with time and it take plenty of time to see complete effects of medicines. Drug of choice for OCD is Fluoxetine which is a SSRI group of drug. She is on 80 mg fluoxetine per day and 75 mg of Clomipramine per day. She has also attended Behavior Therapy sessions. As per my opinion wait for some more time to see complete effect of drugs. Many other medicines can be used in her situation. Low dose antipsychotics like Risperidone have proved effects in OCD.
Consult her psychiatrist for any change in drugs and continue her CBT sessions.
Thanks
